About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative to join our Queer Destinations Europe team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth through strategic outreach and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Utilize your expertise to identify potential clients and develop targeted sales strategies to secure new business.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Success Team: Work closely with our Success team to create, maintain, and grow leads through our CRM system.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Continuously update your knowledge of new products, services, and pricing plans to provide exceptional value to clients.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role.
  • Sales Techniques and CRM Expertise: Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques and proficiency in CRM software, preferably Hubspot.
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills: Ability to deliver engaging presentations and negotiate effectively with clients.
  • Education and Certifications: BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
