About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Cardiac Arrhythmia Monitoring sales division in Southern Europe. As a Senior Cardiac Sales Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive market expansion across key territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets within prescribed regions.
  • Lead and motivate sales teams to ensure the attainment of sales goals and objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and market penetration.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, insurance companies, and other relevant institutions.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in cardiology/cardiovascular medical device sales.
  • A minimum of 5 years of senior-level experience managing people and resources.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Cardiac Arrhythmia market, including industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in Digital Healthcare market.
  • Proven success in driving sales growth, expanding market share, and developing successful sales strategies in assigned regions.
