About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager for the pathology business in Sevilla. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for advertising and selling our system solutions, consisting of both instruments, reagents, and support, to enable customers to provide high-quality clinical diagnosis on suspected tissue samples.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Generate Sales: Develop and execute sales strategies to generate existing and/or new sales for assigned named accounts or assigned geographic, territory, industry, or accounts list.
  2. Promote and Sell: Promote and sell our products and/or solutions to current or new customers/partners and inform customers of new product introductions.
  3. Lead Generation: Build and revise lead generation plans to identify and recruit strategic partners to embed and/or resell our company products.
  4. Customer Development: Develop customers and maintain their satisfaction by understanding their needs and identifying solutions to non-standard tasks/queries.
  5. Relationship Building: Maintain positive ongoing long-term relationships with key customers.
  6. Project Leadership: Lead projects requiring coordination with other functions, organizations.
Qualifications
  1. Education: University Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy).
  2. Experience: Relevant years of experience in medical device business, i.e. pathology and genomics.
  3. Knowledge: Knowledge on diagnostic methods and technologies (e.g. IHC, CDx, NGS, and FISH).
  4. Skills: Good knowledge of the MS office package and full proficiency in Spanish and a good level of English.
  5. Additional Requirements: Driver's license and experience in sales and public tenders would be a plus.
