Job Description

Job Title: Marketing Manager for Southern Europe Transformers

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead our Southern Europe Transformers team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share in Southern Europe
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners in the region

Requirements:

  • Engineering or economics degree
  • 15+ years of experience in marketing & sales – B2B within energy sector
  • Technical sales skills & knowledge of product portfolio
  • Knowledge of market/Customer's needs
  • International experience
  • Intercultural sensitivity
  • Fluent English, additional languages would be a plus (French/Spanish or Italian for Europe and Arabic for IMA)
  • Structured and analytical thinking
  • Networking, Leadership, Superior communication & negotiation skills
