Shopper Marketing Manager, Southern Europe

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Shopper Marketing Manager to join our team in Southern Europe. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing shopper marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness.
Your primary focus will be on creating effective programs that trigger purchase of our brands over competitors. This will involve collaborating with customer and consumer marketing teams to develop award-winning programs that inspire customers to implement and consumers to consume and purchase.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that our programs fit the channel specificities and can be easily tailored by the customer activation team to meet specific customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute shopper marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with customer and consumer marketing teams to develop award-winning programs.
- Ensure that our programs fit the channel specificities and can be easily tailored by the customer activation team.
- Develop first-to-market shopper tools to engage consumers in new ways.
- Develop a deep understanding of our activation programs to ensure continuous evolution and improvement.
- Ensure robust M&E is in place to develop comprehensive understanding of behavior change and corresponding drivers of financial performance.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of relevant marketing/customer marketing experience.
- A proven record in initiating and crafting marketing programs.
- Strong creative judgment and background in crafting award-winning work.
- Strong commercial understanding of our customers and their shoppers.
- An individual who can get things done within Diageo and has the impact to influence across a broad network of the organization.
- A strong team-player, passionate for collaboration.
