As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing shopper marketing strategies that drive growth and brand awareness across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement shopper marketing strategies that align with Diageo's business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform shopper marketing decisions.
- Work with customer and consumer marketing teams to develop effective shopper marketing programs.
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of shopper marketing programs.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in shopper marketing or a related field.
- A proven track record of developing and executing successful shopper marketing programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in shopper marketing.
