**Job Summary**

Hitachi Vantara Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Regional Sales Manager for Transformers in Southern Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing efforts for our Transformers business in the region, driving growth and revenue expansion.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy for the Transformers business in Southern Europe, aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the region, including Market Managers and other business leaders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tenders and RFPs, to drive growth and revenue expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Business Development, and Capture Team, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to the HUB Management and Product Marketing teams, informing product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage and prioritize sales opportunities, ensuring timely and effective execution of sales processes.
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and other sales metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Travel to key customer sites and industry events to build relationships and promote the Transformers business.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, providing insights and recommendations to inform business strategy.

**Requirements**

  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles, with a strong understanding of the Transformers industry and market.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
