Job Title: Landscape Architect Supervisor

At Manhattan Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Architect Supervisor to lead our team of gardeners and oversee landscaping projects across multiple outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 15 gardeners and oversee landscaping projects across multiple outdoor spaces.
  • Design, plan, and manage the development and upkeep of gardens and landscaped areas, ensuring they meet both technical and aesthetic standards.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, particularly the estate manager, to ensure the landscape design aligns with the overall vision and activities of the site.
  • Ensure the maintenance and evolution of landscape installations, prioritizing long-term durability and visual appeal.
  • Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols in all landscaping and maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
  • Degree in landscape architecture or a related field.
  • Proven track record in leading and supervising large-scale landscape projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of plants, materials, and maintenance techniques.
  • Strong artistic skills and the ability to create functional, visually appealing landscapes.
  • Fluency in English is essential; French language skills are highly desirable.
