The Straumann Group is seeking an experienced HRIS Solution Integration Architect to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing the integration landscape for our HR systems, ensuring seamless connectivity with other internal and external systems.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Architecture: Design the overall integration landscape based on SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) for SuccessFactors, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Integration Development: Lead the development, testing, and implementation of SuccessFactors-based integration solutions using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or other relevant middleware tools.
- Guidelines and Governance: Develop and enforce guidelines, standards, and best practices for integration development in cooperation with Basis and Data Analytics teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Integration Architect or similar role, with a strong focus on SuccessFactors.
- In-depth understanding of SuccessFactors processes and data model.
- Proficiency in integration tools such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or similar.
- Experience with APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and other integration protocols.
