About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Architect to join our Cybersecurity team at Swiss Re. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the technical architecture of our B2B Identity and Access Management (IAM) landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and drive the transformation of our B2B IAM landscape to improve resiliency, automation, and standardization of B2B IAM services.
  • Act as a technical lead for the delivery of new services and transforming existing services.
  • Collaborate with other experts in the team to ensure seamless integration of new services across the company.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in the field of professional software development, including large, complex applications.
  • Skills and experience in software engineering, application or solution architecture, API architecture, event-driven architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability to push architecture topics forward as part of a team or independently.
  • Good communication and presentation skills in spoken and written English.
