About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our dynamic team at Roche. As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a key role in shaping the organization's technology strategy and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive enterprise architecture framework that integrates sustainability principles into all aspects of the organization.
  • Drive the design, engineering, and reuse of applications or patterns, ensuring a continuous flow of value and improving time to market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess sustainability needs and requirements, and develop lean business cases.
  • Manage the evolution of the domain IT landscape, ensuring it enables business capabilities and supports current and future business strategies.
  • Provide expertise in aligning cross-domain information concepts into insights, complying with sustainability reporting requirements.
  • Lead and facilitate architecture practices, including recording architectural decisions and assessments.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in architecting and implementing software solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing architecture on a portfolio level.
  • Strong understanding of sustainability principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with sustainability frameworks, such as the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and ISO 14001.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of relevant sustainability-related technologies and trends.
