Job Title: Principal Enterprise Architect

Join IAG Tech, a leading airline group, as a Principal Enterprise Architect to drive strategic IT capabilities and business architecture.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to contribute to the definition of enterprise-wide business and application architecture, ensuring it supports the strategic requirements of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the enterprise/solution/data architecture thought leadership, influencing stakeholders to define the future state.
  • Identify opportunities to work across IAG Tech to underpin the successful delivery of major architectural initiatives.
  • Manage supplier relationships, ensuring third-party deliverables meet strategic, technical, and cost requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships within the Group and externally to identify and promote best practices and industry trends.
Accountabilities
  • Ensure all architecture activity is aligned with business vision and goals.
  • Provide expertise to programme and project managers with the design, planning & governance of projects and business initiatives in relation to architecture.
  • Collaborate with Architects in other areas as required and ensure any solution fits with the business and technical architecture and strategic direction.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Architect with a strong background in IT architecture and business strategy.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.

They will also have a strong understanding of business and technology architecture, with experience in developing and implementing architecture roadmaps.
