About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Senior Enterprise Architect to join our dynamic team within the SAP Customer Services & Delivery board. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting customer engagements globally, focusing on board-mandated and critical customer situations in close collaboration with regional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the roll-out of Business Technology Architecture (BTA) and Enterprise Architecture (EA) methods into regions, developing regional flavors to achieve consistent execution of BTA and EA.
  • Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and guidelines.
  • Establish a deep understanding of EA's business benefits and build accessible repositories for industry-flavored artifacts.
  • Act as an advocate for EA across global engagements and support regional architecture initiatives.
  • Support the development and management of architectural frameworks, methods, and tools.
  • Work closely with the partner ecosystem to develop formats for architectural discussions.
  • Drive forward the development of the EA role's vision and embedding an architectural mindset across the organization.
Requirements
  • Transformation, Architectural & Solution Skills: Experience delivering enterprise business transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of the SAP Solution Portfolio and Enterprise Architecture Framework.
  • Experience with Business Technology Platform components and S/4HANA applications.
  • Strong understanding of Cloud & Clean Core Strategy.
  • Knowledge of SAP's Business AI roadmap.
  • Expertise in SAP Integration and Extensibility Advisory Methodologies.
Must-Have Requirements
  • 5+ years in customer experience roles (e.g., Program Manager, Architect).
  • Knowledge of SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework and Toolset.
  • S/4HANA technical or application knowledge.
  • Proficiency in SAP Integration and Extensibility Advisory Methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Mindset for Strategic Thinking and Continuous Learning.
Nice-to-Have Requirements
  • Knowledge of on-premise and corresponding SAP cloud solutions.
  • Professional training and certification as a plus.
