Enterprise Architect Leader

About the Role:
This is a challenging opportunity to join IAG Tech, a leading technology organization, as a Principal Enterprise Architect. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the development of enterprise-wide business and application architecture, ensuring it supports the strategic requirements of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business and its strategic objectives, ensuring that the enterprise architecture aligns with these goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for business and IT change, and develop strategies to address these opportunities.
- Lead the development of architecture artefacts, including business and technical architecture documents, and ensure their quality, timeliness, and appropriateness.
- Work closely with service partners and suppliers to ensure that third-party work or packages involve significant architectural decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT managers, and suppliers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
- Recognised architecture qualification desirable.
- Working towards TOGAF level 1 certification.
Desirable Skills:
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to work at senior levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully completing significant architecture and consultancy assignments.
- Experience of operating across multiple countries and cultures is desirable, but not essential.
