Principal Enterprise Architect

Join IAG Tech's GBS team as a Principal Enterprise Architect, driving the strategic definition of enterprise-wide business and application architecture to support the company's vision.

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect to contribute to the development of a comprehensive architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with business vision and goals. The successful candidate will lead the production of high-quality architecture artefacts, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive the implementation of architectural initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to identify and promote best practices and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with Architects in other areas to ensure consistency and alignment with business and technical architecture.
  • Provide expertise to programme and project managers on the design, planning, and governance of projects and business initiatives.
  • Recognise opportunities for business or IT change and communicate them persuasively to stakeholders.
  • Act as a bridge between Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, and application designers to ensure a practical implementation is 'joined up' across IAG Tech.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Enterprise Architecture, with experience in driving architectural initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders. They will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
