Job Title: Enterprise Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Enterprise Architect to lead our organization's IT infrastructure strategy and implementation. This role requires strategic vision, technical expertise, and leadership capabilities to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the IT Enterprise Architecture strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the global IT Service Delivery and IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Optimize the strategic footprint and usage of our Microsoft infrastructure, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Cloud, and Office 365.
  • Design, architect, and implement scalable and resilient IT Enterprise solutions based on Microsoft technologies.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on the company's IT and OT infrastructure and services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience as an IT Enterprise Architect.
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting complex IT environments, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Cloud, and Office 365.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
