Client Success Professional

The Client Success team at Gartner is dedicated to delivering exceptional value to our clients. As a Client Success Professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring that every Gartner client receives value far exceeding their investment.
You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with clients across various business functions, ensuring they are successful in utilizing their Gartner subscription. This includes introducing Gartner services and capabilities to new clients, communicating value to decision-makers, and facilitating client calls to understand client priorities and recommend a program of action that drives high value and return on investment.
You will also collaborate with internal Gartner partners to overcome obstacles and maximize the value Gartner delivers to clients. Regular reviews of client performance and key engagement metrics will be conducted to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
What You Will Need:
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience with a proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients.
- Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
- Ability to speak French at a native/fluent level (Reading/Writing/Speaking).
