Job Title: Central Sales Representative

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is expanding its remote sales function to drive growth across a set of AWS customers in Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).

As a Central Sales Representative at AWS, you will be responsible for exercising acquisition skills, using solution-specific targeted campaigns to help grow consumption of current and net-new AWS services.

In this full sales-cycle quota carrying role, you will use your sales and technical experience to work proactively with our customers to accelerate their journey to the cloud.

To harness the innovation and scale of services AWS offers, you will leverage internal resources to engage with our customers to execute their strategic objectives in order to adapt to changing market trends.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with the segment Manager to define marketing strategy and identify opportunities to drive business expansion in a defined territory.
  • Developing and executing against a territory plan, meeting and exceeding your targets.
  • Managing numerous accounts concurrently and strategically.
  • Effectively managing a high volume of inquiries from new and existing customers.
  • Articulating compelling value propositions around AWS services.
  • Working with partners to extend reach and drive adoption.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Madrid, Spain.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of existing and developing technologies.
  • Experience in technical sales for B2B or in a solution-sales/technology-related environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • AWS Certification (Cloud Technologist, Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, Developer).
  • Experience in engineering, computer science, or MIS.
