As a Junior Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in building and managing business units, leading a team of two members, and driving business growth through innovative sales and recruitment methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage your own client portfolio through business development and account management.
  • Oversee and master the full candidate life cycle, including handling and mastering account management on your own.
  • Ensure successful backup and support for your team members when required.
  • Manage and maintain a qualitative client and candidate process.
  • Develop and implement action plans for your team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Native level of German language proficiency.
  • Proficient level of English language proficiency.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (outbound call and business development) or customer support.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in people coordination.
  • Strong creative, adaptable, and proactive skills.
  • Excellent team player with a passion for intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle.
