Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sr Manager, Business Development to lead the portfolio management of High Potential clients for Comparator Services. The successful candidate will grow new accounts and secure existing business through individual contribution and team management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting sales teams in strategic account development
  • Formulating and coordinating end-to-end account comparator sourcing solutions
  • Implementing tactics and strategies to build long-term customer-supplier relationships
  • Role modeling behaviors that support partnership, creativity, and development across service lines
Responsibilities:

The Sr Manager, Business Development will:

  • Lead a team of experts in contact with regional commercial teams for client requests
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert in Global Comparator knowledge, providing advisory support on comparator sourcing and supply chain
  • Work closely with commercial teams to build positive relationships and gain customer satisfaction
  • Supervise, communicate, and analyze opportunities, wins, and losses
  • Identify and recommend solutions to address client loss scenarios

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships and driving business growth.
