Job Title: Junior Investor Relations Officer

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Investor Relations Officer to join our team at Canadian Adventure Charters. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional investor relations support, driving awareness and engagement with our target audience, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact for new investor prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect.
  • Make cold calls articulating company strategy to investors, focusing on why that strategy is best positioned to unlock shareholder value.
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective investors and provide timely and accurate information about our company's financial performance and prospects.
  • Drive awareness through regular email campaigns, targeted calls, and discovery meetings with potential investors.
  • Organize and participate in earnings calls and investor meetings, presenting information about our company's financial performance and answering questions from participants.
  • Provide support to the Senior Investor Relations Officer and contribute to the development of investor relations strategies and initiatives.
  • Communicate the company story and differentiators consistently, comprehensively, and accurately with existing and prospective investors.
  • Proactively identify issues that investors care about and manage and align expectations via clear, consistent dialogue with the markets.
  • Establish, build, and maintain relationships with shareholders to reinforce management and company credibility.
  • Find new, good-fit investors for the company to diversify the shareholder base.
  • Develop and maintain corporate disclosure policy and report strategic feedback and possible issues to help senior management refine our company's strategy.
  • Work closely with department directors to brainstorm process improvements and ensure that the company complies with securities laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in the industry, preferably in a contact center or investor relations role.
  • Knowledge of the AI telecommunication industry and familiarity with call center & contact center software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to persuasively present information and meet sales quotas.
  • Persistent and results-oriented, with a patient and customer-focused approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, tourism, luxury super yachting industry, or a related field, or a high school diploma with 5 years' experience in the industry.
