**About the Role**

Destinus is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Vice President of Investor Relations. This role requires expertise in fundraising, investor relationship management, and reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct market analysis and study industry deals to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to identify new investors and enhance existing relationships.
  • Source investors through both warm and cold outreach efforts.
  • Prepare investment materials, including financial models, decks, and presentation materials, and manage data room access.
  • Manage the CRM system to track investor interactions and relationships.
  • Prepare shareholder meetings and develop quarterly and interim investor updates in collaboration with the legal and senior management teams.
  • Work with the PR and GR teams to develop marketing messages and agendas.
  • Respond to investor inquiries and fulfill audit requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Cultivate relationships with existing investors and support groups.
  • Pitch to potential investors and prepare for road shows.
  • Participate in relevant industry events to stay up-to-date on market trends and best practices.
  • Coordinate with investment banks, advisors, and consultants to assist with fundraising efforts.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in fundraising, preferably in investment banks or startups.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex situations and adapt quickly to new environments.
  • Comfortable working under pressure with a proactive attitude.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory; fluency in French or Spanish is advantageous.

**What We Offer**

  • Total annual remuneration: €200,000, split between equity and cash components.
  • Location: Preferably Madrid or Paris, with a preference for Paris.
