Job Description: As a Digital Banking Expert, you will engage with high-level clients from a top European digital bank, providing expert savings advice and introducing innovative banking products designed for high returns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to bank clients through various channels including phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat.
- Assist customers with banking-related inquiries, such as account openings, password resets, and transfers.
- Manage back-office tasks including email and WhatsApp communication.
- Present and promote innovative banking products.
- Ensure compliance with regulations on transparency, service information, and client protection regarding investment products.
- Identify and report issues within banking applications and follow up as needed.
- Meet quality standards and achieve sales objectives set by the entity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Dutch: C2 level
- Preferred studies in Business Administration, Mathematics, or Law
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
- Prior experience in banking is appreciated but not required
- Skills & Competencies: Strong customer focus, empathy, and active listening skills; excellent verbal and written communication abilities; analytical mindset with the ability to learn autonomously; commercial aptitude, along with strong social and client-facing skills; problem-solving capabilities; team player with a proactive and results-oriented attitude; ability to organize, plan, and perform well under pressure; flexibility and adaptability to evolving environments and new technologies; initiative and a can-do attitude.
Benefits:
- 38.5 hours/week, Monday to Sunday (with 2 days off per week and 2 weekends off per month)
- Working hours: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
