About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Consultant to join our team in Valencia. As a Customer Care Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.
  • Assist users with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues.
  • Adapt the brand's voice and tone for interactions on both private and public channels.
  • Provide product information to customers, including subscription, payment, and technical requirements.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by responding in an appropriate and friendly manner.
Requirements
  • Dutch native (or Flemish) and English fluent.
  • Committed and dedicated.
  • Team player with strong listening skills.
  • Service-minded person with the ability to handle conflicts in a constructive manner.
  • Strong communicator.
What We Offer
  • 1600€ gross per month.
  • 39h/week, Mon-Fri 09:00 - 20:00; Sat 09:00 - 18:00.
  • Training - 4 weeks and working with a buddy system.
  • Hybrid system, just a few days at the office.
  • Spanish lessons.
  • Constant, on-the-job training.
  • International environment.
  • Support from the company regarding paperwork (NIE and SSN).
