Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the growth of our Canadian sales organization. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and accelerating the growth of our current Canadian sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspire, lead, and drive the sales team to meet or exceed all sales and bookings goals, and other expectations established by executive leadership.
- Deliver expectations and manage individual and team performance.
- Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue.
- Drive, support and influence the Canadian strategy, and sales/marketing/customer success alignment initiatives.
- Be accountable for business growth and achieving overall metrics (revenue, retention, budget, customer and employee satisfaction, etc.).
- Work collaboratively with other Sales leaders and cross-functionally with other leaders to ensure alignment across businesses that will lead to the Canadian organization's success.
- Inspire and support sales managers to enable their teams to meet monthly goals.
- Attract and grow the best sales talent across North America through effective recruiting, selecting, and training methods.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge of Inbound and HubSpot.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a sales management role, ideally in a global, scaling company.
- SaaS experience is valuable but not a requirement.
- Successful track record of managing managers and the associated organization under them.
- Proven ability to think strategically and collaborate with leadership to define and implement successful sales programs.
- Entrepreneurial and curious spirit with initiative and drive to pursue new ideas.
- Bias for action.
- Demonstrated experience owning and leading projects to successful outcomes.
- Strong track record of using data to inform decision making.
