- Reservation Management: Manage reservations, check-in, and check-out processes to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
- Communication: Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Facility Management: Coordinate with the cleaning and maintenance team to ensure the facilities are clean and well-maintained.
- Cash Handling: Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing events and activities for guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve guest complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or tourism sector.
