**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Governance Project Manager to join our team at Zurich 56 Company Ltd. As an IT Governance Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the alignment of our IT strategy with business objectives and ensuring that our technology and digital initiatives comply with regulatory and internal policies.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support the Chief Information and Digital Officer in overseeing the alignment of Zurich 56 Company Ltd IT strategy with business objectives.
  • Ensure Zurich 56 Company Ltd technology and digital initiatives comply with regulatory and internal policies.
  • Work with Zurich 56 Company Ltd teams driving the adoption of IT governance processes for Data, Security, Resilience, and Third Party Governance.
  • Coordinate with Zurich Group entities such as Group IT, Group Risk & Compliance, Group Legal, and Audit.
  • Ensure timely and appropriate planning for IT Governance reporting to senior management identifying and mitigating IT-related risks.
  • Support Zurich 56 Company Ltd teams by streamlining relevant processes for faster platforms time to market.

**Requirements**

  • Technical skills: Understanding of IT Governance frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO/IEC 38500.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards relevant to IT (e.g., GDPR, SOX).
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Interpersonal skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience: Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or specialized certifications can be a plus.
  • 5-10 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3-5 years in a governance or compliance role.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), CGEIT (Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT), ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), or COBIT.
