About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Governance Project Manager to join our team at Zurich Insurance. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the alignment of our IT strategy with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Chief Information and Digital Officer in overseeing the IT strategy and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of IT governance processes for Data, Security, Resilience, and Third-Party Governance.
  • Coordinate with Group entities such as Group IT, Group Risk & Compliance, Group Legal, and Audit to ensure timely and appropriate planning for IT Governance reporting.
  • Support the development of IT governance processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective IT operations.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of IT Governance frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, and ISO/IEC 38500.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards relevant to IT, including GDPR and SOX.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making.
