Key Responsibilities- Support the Chief Information and Digital Officer in overseeing the alignment of Zurich Global Ventures IT strategy with business objectives.
- Ensure Zurich Global Ventures technology and digital initiatives comply with regulatory and internal policies.
- Work with Zurich Global Ventures teams driving the adoption of IT governance processes for Data, Security, Resilience, and Third Party Governance.
- Coordinate with Zurich Group entities such as Group IT, Group Risk & Compliance, Group Legal, and Audit.
- Ensure timely and appropriate planning for IT Governance reporting to senior management identifying and mitigating IT-related risks.
- Support Zurich Global Ventures teams by streamlining relevant processes for faster platforms time to market.
- Technical skills: Understanding of IT Governance frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO/IEC 38500.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards relevant to IT (e.g., GDPR, SOX).
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Interpersonal skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
