Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Chief Information and Digital Officer in overseeing the alignment of Zurich Global Ventures IT strategy with business objectives.
- Ensure Zurich Global Ventures technology and digital initiatives comply with regulatory and internal policies.
- Work with Zurich Global Ventures teams driving the adoption of IT governance processes for Data, Security, Resilience, and Third-Party Governance.
- Coordinate with Zurich Group entities such as Group IT, Group Risk & Compliance, Group Legal, and Audit.
- Ensure timely and appropriate planning for IT Governance reporting to senior management, identifying and mitigating IT-related risks.
- Support Zurich Global Ventures teams by streamlining relevant processes for faster platforms time to market.
Requirements:
- Understanding of IT Governance frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, and ISO/IEC 38500.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards relevant to IT, such as GDPR and SOX.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or specialized certifications can be a plus.
- 5-10 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3-5 years in a governance or compliance role.
