About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Governance Project Manager to join our team at Zurich Insurance. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the alignment of our IT strategy with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the Chief Information and Digital Officer in overseeing the IT strategy and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Develop and implement IT governance processes for Data, Security, Resilience, and Third Party Governance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of IT governance processes and ensure timely and appropriate planning for IT Governance reporting.
  4. Streamline relevant processes for faster platforms time to market and ensure effective stakeholder management.
Requirements
  1. Technical skills: Understanding of IT Governance frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO/IEC 38500, and knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards relevant to IT.
  2. Interpersonal skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  3. Experience: 5-10 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3-5 years in a governance or compliance role, and relevant certifications such as PMP, CISA, CGEIT, ITIL, or COBIT.
