Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Chief Information and Digital Officer in overseeing the alignment of Zurich 56 Company Ltd IT strategy with business objectives.
  • Ensure Zurich 56 Company Ltd technology and digital initiatives comply with regulatory and internal policies.
  • Work with cross-functional teams driving the adoption of IT governance processes for Data, Security, Resilience, and Third Party Governance.
  • Coordinate with Zurich 56 Company Ltd teams to ensure timely and appropriate planning for IT Governance reporting to senior management.
  • Identify and mitigate IT-related risks.
  • Support Zurich 56 Company Ltd teams by streamlining relevant processes for faster platforms time to market.
Requirements
  • Technical skills: Understanding of IT Governance frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO/IEC 38500.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards relevant to IT (e.g., GDPR, SOX).
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making.
