**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced IT Governance Project Manager to join our team at Zurich Insurance Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the alignment of our IT strategy with business objectives, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies, and driving the adoption of IT governance processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support the Chief Information and Digital Officer in developing and implementing IT governance strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Ensure that all IT initiatives and projects comply with regulatory and internal policies, including data protection, security, and risk management.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of IT governance processes, including data governance, security governance, and third-party governance.
  • Coordinate with Group IT, Group Risk & Compliance, Group Legal, and Audit to ensure effective IT governance.
  • Develop and implement IT governance reporting to senior management, identifying and mitigating IT-related risks.
  • Support the development of IT governance policies, procedures, and standards.

**Requirements**

  • 5-10 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3-5 years in a governance or compliance role.
  • Technical skills: understanding of IT governance frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO/IEC 38500, and knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards relevant to IT.
  • Interpersonal skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Educational background: a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or specialized certifications can be a plus.
