Your Role

The Director's role involves strategic and operational responsibilities, owning the overall growth of the International SAP Managed Payroll Services team. This includes overseeing the end-to-end delivery of payroll services.

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive and implement the international MPS Offering and roadmap within the Sd Worx SAP Organization, supporting the company's growth expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the SAP international payroll practice in alignment with the organizational goals and OKRs.
  • Direct and manage the SAP MPS Delivery Organization, ensuring payroll is processed timely, accurately, in compliance with government regulations and in accordance with agreed contractual SLAs.
  • Accountability for monthly Leadership reporting across all countries and accounts, including reference ability, project status, change request targets, and missed SLA justifications.
  • Manage all aspects of Payroll Service Delivery, including setting service standards, managing service quality, and managing costs.
  • Ensure client confidential information is managed securely and proactively address any process gaps.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvements and additional services that will best support business growth.
  • Maintain appropriate audit and control procedures and act as the control owner for SOX related to the SAP Payroll Delivery.
  • Manage audits related to payroll and respond to any inquiries or discrepancies.
  • Collaborate closely with technology teams to ensure all systems and integrations related to payroll are operating efficiently and accurately.
  • Proactively identify and collaborate on new automation in support of greater efficiency and accuracy.
  • Oversee the SAP Payroll Delivery support to the project team for the implementation and onboarding of new clients according to company standards, implementation of global template, localization, and CLA requirements.
  • Serve as the escalation point of contact for clients regarding payroll services.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with external payroll-related vendors.
