Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Business Development Partner to join our team at Hewlett-Packard. As a key member of our Partner Managed Print Services (MPS) business, you will play a critical role in driving growth and revenue through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Financial Objectives: Collaborate with the local Business Development Manager to achieve financial objectives on Total Contract Value, Revenues, Controllable Margin, and Predictability.
- Coordinate New Services Introductions: Work closely with Sales to introduce new services to partners, ensuring seamless onboarding and training.
- Nurture Partner Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, identifying opportunities for growth and providing exceptional customer service.
- Business Analysis: Analyze partner landscape and financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for corrective action.
- Product Development: Gather insights from partners and provide input on service and tool requirements to inform product development.
- Escalation Management: Serve as the liaison point between partners and operational teams, resolving escalations and ensuring timely resolution.
- Employee Engagement: Participate in employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Skills: Moderate knowledge of the IT and services industry, basic organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
