Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Manager to lead commercially and strategically important accounts in Spain and Portugal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer supply chain management, with a proven track record of driving profitable growth and ensuring efficiencies across all touch points.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage our accounts for the company and deliver profitable growth alongside the Commercial Director.
  • Lead and support in negotiating agreements for contracts with customers and ensure effective KPI driving commerciality.
  • Network within these accounts to secure all business opportunities and devise account strategy with the Commercial Director and Global teams.
  • Ensure internal company functions work to deliver highest customer service.
  • Hold regular monthly meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Investigate and resolve queries and issues raised by customers.
  • Take a proactive approach to customer management and stay up-to-date on market trends.
  • Work with the Commercial Director to devise and implement sales strategy.
  • Set key performance indicators internally and externally.
  • Embrace and lead the delivery of packaging sustainability in these customers.
  • Monitor sales activities of competitors and utilize ideas where appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level in a Commercial or Business discipline, or relevant expert experience in this field.
  • Previous strong experience in Sales or customer supply chain management in FMCG/Packaging/Retailing with a proven track record.
  • Expert knowledge in account management.
  • Some knowledge of sustainability practices.
  • P&L Management.
  • Native Spanish and Fluent English, Portuguese would be a plus.
