Job Summary
Ronin Talent Jobs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team in the German-speaking markets. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in the German, Austrian, and Swiss markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and qualify inbound marketing leads to ensure they are properly allocated to the relevant sales channel.
- Develop and execute sales campaigns to target specific markets, customer profiles, and products.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, and sales teams to execute outbound activities.
- Work with customers throughout the first phases of the sales cycle to generate new leads and transfer them to the sales teams.
- Conduct research on target industries, companies, and decision-makers to identify potential opportunities and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
- Maintain existing B2B customers and achieve up- or cross-sell opportunities.
- Meet individual lead generation targets and consistently deliver high-quality results.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales development roles in technical sales environments.
- Proven experience in outbound B2B sales and acquiring new business.
- Competitive sales character with a desire to win.
- Excellent command of German is a must; a command of another language is a plus.
- Able to negotiate on multiple levels, including purchasing and management level.
