About the Position:

Enigmedia is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion in the industrial cybersecurity sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in customer acquisition, negotiation, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive Enigmedia's growth through direct customers and channel partners.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, including prospecting, sales campaign design, negotiation, customer management, and proposal preparation.
  • Design and implement innovative strategies to grow sales and accelerate customer adoption.
  • Collaborate with Enigmedia's operations team to lead product modifications and design new products.
  • Effectively communicate Enigmedia's vision and mission to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of business development experience, including proven customer acquisition and negotiation skills.
  • Deep expertise in target customers' internal dynamics.
  • Engineering degree, preferably in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or Software Engineering.
  • Proficiency in English, with advanced levels of German and/or French highly appreciated.
  • Ability to build long-term strategic and executive business relationships.
  • Accountability to drive business growth.
  • Hunter mentality with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Multi-tasking ability and resilience.
