Job Summary

Telefonica S.A. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Global Solutions organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the international market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales revenue targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the IT industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and travel internationally.
