Job Summary

We are seeking a Territory Sales Representative to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting and hunting for new business opportunities, closing deals through the Channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet sales quotas through up-selling, add-on sales, and cross-selling.
  • Identify C-Level decision-makers and influencers along with their corresponding business needs, timeline, and budget.
  • Ensure that prospect and customers' needs are understood and addressed by articulating how Autodesk solutions will accelerate their business.
  • Deliver first-class executive presentations and discovery workshops with your customers.
  • Partner with your pit crew (Customer Success, License Compliance, Technical sales team) in the region to grow sales and gain market share.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • 5-7 years of sales experience in the IT/SaaS industry.
  • Background in engineering, IT, or manufacturing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and negotiation skills.
