Job Title: Territory Sales Representative Mfg Italy

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our team in Italy. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and hunting for new business opportunities, closing deals through the Channel, and meeting sales quotas through up-selling, add-on sales, and cross-selling.

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for a defined territory, generate and close deals within these accounts by developing existing accounts and building account plans
  • Identify C-Level decision-makers and influencers along with their corresponding business needs, timeline, and budget, having 5 meetings per week with Decision makers
  • Ensure that prospect and customers' needs are understood and addressed by articulating how Autodesk solutions will accelerate their business
  • Meet your sales targets by managing opportunities and forecasting accurately
  • Deliver first-class executive presentations and discovery workshops with your customers, conducting 5 C-level meetings per week
  • Partner with your pit crew (Customer Success, License Compliance, Technical sales team) in the region to grow sales and gain market share, and engage the appropriate teams including presales, consultants, field sales, partners, and services to add maximum value for your customers

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • 5-7 years of sales experience in the IT/SaaS industry
  • Additional Qualifications: Industry Knowledge: have a background in engineering, IT, manufacturing is a plus Familiarity with Salesforce Negotiation Skills and Sales to C-Level
