Customer Experience Specialist for Digital Banking App

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you have a keen interest in digital technologies and a desire to excel in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment? We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support specialist to join our team in Athens, Greece. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with incoming problems, evaluating and understanding their requirements, and fostering enduring trust-based relationships through transparent and engaging communication. You will also achieve individual and team objectives for customer service, maintain records of customer interactions, manage customer accounts, and organize documentation.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support professional who is proficient in the German language at a native or near-native level and has a B2/C1 level of English. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. A high school diploma is required, and previous experience in customer service is preferred.
