**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly motivated Cloud Partnership Growth Specialist to oversee and manage our strategic agreements with Microsoft and AWS. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful execution of our commitments and maximizing the benefits derived from these partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud ecosystems, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder environments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between Multiverse Computing and strategic cloud partners (Microsoft and AWS), fostering strong and collaborative relationships.
• Execution Oversight: Ensure that all commitments made under the strategic agreements are fulfilled on time and to the required standards, including expense targets and co-sell objectives.
• Advocacy and Delivery: Advocate for the company's needs and priorities within the partner organizations, ensuring that promised benefits such as perks, support, and joint initiatives are delivered effectively.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of the partnerships, including tracking KPIs such as co-sell revenue, resource allocation, and benefit utilization.
• Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, and marketing) to align the partnership strategy with broader company objectives and ensure seamless execution.
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any issues that arise in the partnership to maintain smooth operations and relationships.
• Partner Enablement: Leverage partner resources such as training, go-to-market programs, and co-marketing opportunities to enhance the partnership's value.
**Requirements:**
A competitive salary of **$120,000 - $150,000** per annum, depending on experience, plus various benefits, including equal pay, sales commission structure, signing bonus, relocation package, private health insurance, eligibility for educational budget, hybrid opportunity, flexible working hours, language classes, and discounted lunch options.
