About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Beauty Advisor to join our Travel Retail team at a major airport. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering sales targets and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver sales targets by promoting and selling luxury beauty products to clients.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Execute in-store excellence by maintaining a clean and organized store environment and adhering to company standards.
  4. Build retailer support by developing strong relationships with store staff and management.
  5. Utilize store influence and available Point of Sales tools to secure additional display and promote products.
  6. Maintain full availability of all lines and testers, and report any issues as needed.
  7. Develop relationships with store staff and management, and liaise regularly with the Coty Geneva team when required.
  8. Give support to temporary staff from the agency.
  9. Accurately complete company paperwork within set guidelines and time limits.
  10. Submit sales figures to the retail specialist with trading comments on time.
Requirements
  1. Language skills: Spanish and English. Extra languages a plus.
  2. 1 year sales experience in beauty or other luxury sales related environment (desirable).
  3. Flexibility, ability to go the extra mile.
  4. FULL TIME AVAILABILITY and NO RESTRICTIONS ON THE SCHEDULE (weekends, morning shifts, afternoon shifts, etc).
  5. Strong passion, ambition, and drive.
