About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Advisor / Make-up Artist to join our team at Puig Deutschland Gmbh. As a key representative of our luxury beauty brand, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, introducing our iconic fragrances, and matching customers with their scented soulmates.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver make-up artistry services to customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty
- Learn about olfactive methods and ingredients, and educate customers on the latest make-up products and colours
- Represent our brands as a true ambassador, promoting brand awareness through in-store events and creating traffic
- Meet or exceed sales targets, consistently delivering high-quality results
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in make-up artistry
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with any additional language a plus
- Passion for make-up and fragrances, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Agile and flexible to support business needs and operations at weekends, evenings, and during peak trading times
