About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Beauty Advisor to join our Travel Retail team at a major airport. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering sales targets and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver sales targets through effective sales techniques and customer engagement
  • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Execute in-store excellence by maintaining a high level of product knowledge and visual merchandising standards
  • Build retailer support across the entire Coty portfolio in specific stores
  • Ensure up-to-date training on training apps and tools provided by the Company
  • Adhere to Company uniform and grooming guidelines
  • Find and suggest alternative and add-on sales to trade up
  • Deliver strong service levels with retailers, agencies, and coworkers
  • Maintain housekeeping routines and Company standards of all visual display, in line with brand and store guidelines
  • Develop relationships with store staff and management and liaise regularly with the Coty Geneva team when required
  • Give support to temporary staff from the agency
  • Accurately complete Company paperwork within set guidelines and time limits
  • Submit sales figures to retail specialists with trading comments on time
