About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Beauty Advisor to join our Travel Retail team at a major airport. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering sales targets and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our beauty products to customers.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and making recommendations.
  • Execute in-store excellence by maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards, and ensuring that all products are properly displayed and stocked.
  • Build retailer support by developing strong relationships with store staff and management, and communicating effectively with the Coty Geneva team.
  • Utilize store influence and available Point of Sales tools to secure additional display and promote sales.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales figures and trading comments.
  • Participate in company initiatives and contribute to the development of new ideas and strategies.
Requirements
  • 1 year sales experience in beauty or other luxury sales-related environment.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment.
  • Full-time availability and no restrictions on the schedule (weekends, morning shifts, afternoon shifts, etc).
  • Strong passion, ambition, and drive.
  • Language skills: Spanish and English. Extra languages a plus.
