About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Beauty Advisor to join our Travel Retail team at a major airport. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering sales targets and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver sales targets through excellent customer service and in-store execution
- Build retailer support across the entire Coty portfolio in specific stores
- Ensure up-to-date training on training apps and tools provided by the Company
- Adhere to Company uniform and grooming guidelines
- Find and suggest alternative and add-on sales, to trade up
- Deliver strong service level with retailer, agency, and co-workers
- Delivery and maintenance of all deployed brand shelf layouts
- Perfect execution of all sites and promotional activity, immediate action to fix issues
- Utilize store influence and available Point of Sales tools to secure additional display where possible
- Ensure full availability of all lines and testers, correctness of retailer stock files, report issues as needed
- Maintain housekeeping routines and Company standards of all visual display, in line with brand and store guidelines
- Maintain excellent communication with the Coordinator and Retail Specialist
- Keep informed of all Company initiatives
- Develop relationships with store staff and management and liaise regularly with the Coty Geneva team when required
- Give support to the temporary staff from the agency
- Accurately complete Company paperwork within set guidelines and time limits
- Submit sales figures to retail specialist with trading comments on time
- Ensure the effective and efficient running of the store at all times

- You are passionate about beauty with exceptional grooming standards
- You enjoy sales, speaking with different languages, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment
- Language skills: Spanish and English. Extra languages a plus
- 1 year sales experience in beauty or other luxury sales-related environment (desirable)
- Flexibility, ability to go the extra mile
