About the Opportunity

Puig Deutschland GmbH is a leading player in the global fashion and beauty industry, with a diverse portfolio of luxury brands across fashion, fragrance, makeup, skincare, and wellness. As a Beauty Advisor / Make-up Artist, you will be responsible for introducing our iconic fragrances and matching customers with their scented soulmates. You will actively seek new sales opportunities, learn about olfactive methods and ingredients, and deliver exceptional customer service as a true ambassador of our brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Introduce and promote our iconic fragrances to customers
  • Match customers with their scented soulmates
  • Seek new sales opportunities and learn about olfactive methods and ingredients
  • Deliver exceptional customer service as a true ambassador of our brands
  • Educate customers on the latest make-up products and colors
  • Help promote brand awareness through in-store events and creating traffic

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience delivering make-up artistry
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; any additional language is a plus
  • A passion for make-up and fragrances with a proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets
  • Agility and flexibility to support business needs and operations at weekends, evenings, and during peak trading times
