Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Beauty Advisor to join our Travel Retail team at a major airport. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering sales targets and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver sales targets by promoting and selling our luxury beauty products to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Execute in-store excellence by maintaining a clean and organized store environment and adhering to company standards.
- Build retailer support by developing strong relationships with store staff and management.
- Stay up-to-date with company training and tools by attending regular training sessions and utilizing company-provided resources.
- Utilize store influence and available Point of Sales tools to secure additional display and promote sales.
- Maintain accurate records and reports by submitting sales figures and trading comments on time.
Requirements
- 1 year sales experience in beauty or other luxury sales-related environment.
- Flexibility and ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong passion, ambition, and drive.
- Language skills: Spanish and English. Extra languages a plus.
